This is an awesome product We were able to prep a TON of things and put them in the freezer in order to be most successful on this restriction diet. But, don't try to seal anything with a lot of juices, or it will stop the sealer! We sealed some raw beef, and the bloody juices got sucked into the sealer. I would suggest freezing the items first on a plate in the freezer, then put it in the sealing bags to vacuum.

This sealer on the other hand has the electronics on the top. The bottom even comes off to wash off in the sink if needed. Love this design and would never get another sealer with electronics in the bottom.

Months ago i bought a more expensive vacuum sealer and had to return it because did not do the job, so.was very afraid to buy another one, and decided to go with something cheaper.and I am so excited and happy that i did. This sealer is light weigh, compact and works very well. The suction pump works fast. Looks very good quality. I bought separately another set of vacuum sealer bags and worked just fine. I use it for meat and dehydrated fruits.

My wife and I bought this to prepare for the coming meat shortage that we kept hearing about. After a few mistakes we breezed through vac sealing $250 in meat. Once you figure it out, sealing is a breeze. Leave extra room when vac sealing. And buy extra rolls so you can make bags for the length you need them to be.

It’s great! I had 3 of the same known brand and none of them worked right. They didn’t vacuum the air out. I didn’t want to spend a lot on one due to my bad luck with them but this one worked perfectly. I have only had it a week but have used it numerous times and no fails.

I buy our meats in larger quantities because it is more cost-effective requiring me to use a lot of "zip-lock" plastics to break them down into meal-size portions. This vacuum sealer is far more economical and I have found many other ways to use it in food prep. Do more great dishes and freeze portions for dinners to come. I am very satisfied with this product. Highly recommend it.
